In HOSPITALS: Remove patients prior to treatment. Ventilate rooms for two hours before returning patients. Also for use in BUSES, AUTOMOBILES, TRUCKS, BOXCARS and SHIP CARGO HOLDS. Also for use in DOG KENNELS and HORSE STABLES. In HORSE STABLES not for application if horses will be used for food. Foods should be removed or covered during treatment. All food processing surfaces should be covered during treatment or thoroughly cleaned before using. After space spraying in food processing plants wash all equipment benches shelving etc. where exposed food will be handled thoroughly with an effective cleaning compound and rinse with potable water. When using the product in these areas apply only when facility is not in operation.

INDOORS: SPACE SPRAY: To kill HOUSEFLIES, MOSQUITOES, GNATS, FLYING MOTHS (MILLERS), FRUIT FLIES, VINEGAR FLIES. Close room or area to be treated. Shut off air conditioner and ventilation systems. Seal all open vents. Remove fish and pets. Apply undiluted as a very fine mist space spray through manually operated equipment or with electrical and other powered applicators. Avoid staining by by holding the spray nozzle at least five feet from objects. Direct the fine spray mist toward the upper corner of the room. Fill the room with a fine mist space spray at the rate of 3 fluid ounces per 5,000 cu ft. (89 ml per 142 cubic meters). Leave room closed for one half hour. Ventilate thoroughly before re-entry. Sweep up and destroy insects.

CONTACT SPRAY: To kill COCKROACHES, WATERBUGS, SILVERFISH, FLEAS, EARWIGS, SOWBUGS, CARPET BEETLES, CENTIPEDES, MILLIPEDES. Adjust to produce large, wetting type spray particles. Direct spray to contact these insects in cracks and crevices in floors, baseboards, around pipes, behind cabinets, and other harborages. Spray these infested areas until thoroughly wet. Repeat as necessary. To kill SPIDERS: Spray directly on these pests and use repeated applications to the webbing and all cracks and crevices which harbor spiders.
To kill ANTS: Spray doors around window frames and trails
and hills.

To kill BEDBUGS:
Apply as a spot treatment to cracks and crevices around baseboards, floorboards, bedboards and walls. First thoroughly clean and air mattresses and springs. Then spot treat only areas that may harbor bedbugs, concentrating on tufts, folds and seams. Repeat as necessary. For persistent infestations consult professional applicator. To kill FLEAS and TICKS: Spray directly on insects as well as floors, floor covering, baseboards, cracks and crevices infested furniture and animal resting areas. Hold spray nozzle about 16 inches (46 cm) from areas to be treated. Apply spray until area is moist. Treat pet bedding the same way.
Also spray entire inside surface of dog houses. Repeat as necessary. Do not allow pets to contact treated areas until spray has dried. Remove or cover animal feed before spraying. Also treat dogs, cats and horses with a registered flea-control product before they re-enter the treated areas. To kill
GRAIN INSECTS: ADULTS or CONFUSED FLOUR BEETLES, SAW-TOOTHED GRAIN BEETLE, SHINY SPIDER BEETLES, GRAIN WEEVILS, ClGARETTE BEETLES, ANGOUMOIS GRAIN MOTHS MEDITERRANEAN FLOUR MOTHS, INDIAN MEAL MOTHS, GRAIN MITES. Remove infested grain, cereal or flour and destroy. Avoid contamination of other food and foodstuffs in the areas by removing before spraying. Spray directly on exposed stages and into cracks where grain insects may be hiding. In homes dispose of all infested products. The shelves and drawers should be cleaned with shelf paper after allowing shelves to dry. Any utensils that are contacted with spray should be washed before using. Repeat as necessary. To kill WASPS, HORNETS, YELLOWJACKETS: Application should be made in late evening when insects are at rest. Spray liberally into hiding and breeding places contacting as many insects as possible. Repeat as necessary.

OUTDOORS: To control nuisance pests around buildings patios and paved areas. Apply as a contact spay. Spray directly on insects. Avoid spraying turf or plants. To kill FLEAS and TICKS: Spray directly on insects as well as floors, floor covering, baseboards, cracks and crevices, infested furniture and animal resting areas. Hold spray nozzle about 18 inches (46 cm) from areas to be treated. Apply spray until area is moist. Treat pet bedding the same way. Also spray entire inside surface of dog houses. Repeat as necessary. Do not allow pets to contact areas until spray has dried. Remove or cover animal feed before spraying. Also treat dogs, cats and horses with a registered flea-control product before they re-enter the treated area.
To kill ANTS: Spray around window frames, ant trails and hills.
To kill WASPS, YELLOW JACKETS, HORNETS: Application should be made in late evening when insects are at rest. Spray liberally into hiding and breeding places contacting as many insects as possible. Aim spray at nest openings in bushes, under eaves, chimneys, cracks and crevices to saturation in and around nest openings. Contact as many insects as possible. Repeat as necessary. To kill EARWIGS, SPIDERS, CENTIPEDES and MILLIPEDES: Apply as a contact spray as for indoor use. To control named flying and crawling insects around premises spray thoroughly around doors, window frames and similar areas of entry. Also thoroughly spray garbage and refuse areas, especially around poultry houses, barns and similar areas of heavy infestation. Do not spray on turf or plants.

THERMAL APPLICATION: For control of HOUSEFLIES and MOSQUITOES: This formulation is to be used undiluted in only such portable thermal applicator equipment that can deliver spray particles sizes within the aerosol range.

NDOORS: For control of HOUSEFLIES, MOSQUITOES and GNATS in warehouses restaurants and industrial institutions. Remove or cover exposed food handling surfaces. Remove animals and plant life. Shut off ventilation systems, air ducts, air conditioning equipment and close off room or area to be treated. Do not spray while food processing plant is occupied or in operation. Extinguish all flames and pilot lights. Apply as a dry fog at the rate of 11/3 fluid ounce per 1,000 cubic feet. Direct nozzle of thermal applicator toward upper corners of the room and along ceiling. Close off room for at least one-half hour. Do not remain in treated area after treatment. Ventilate thoroughly before re-entry.
OUTDOORS: For reduction in annoyance from HOUSEFLIES, MOSQUITOES and GNATS in yards, patios around swimming pools, and horse stables and other small areas applications. Hold thermal applicator at least 5 feet from any object especially plants and shrubbery. Avoid wetting any plant foliage. Apply undiluted at the rate of 3 3/4 gallons per acre (35.1 per ha). Fog only when the air temperature and ground temperature are approximately the same. Under these conditions the fog will linger in the treated area for a longer time. Apply fog while moving away from treated area. Avoid inhalation of the fog. Do not enter the treated area until the fog has dissipated. Repeat application as necessary.
It is a violation of the Federal Law to use this product
in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
STORAGE & DISPOSAL:
Do not contaminate water food or feed by storage or disposal. Open dumping is prohibited.
Storage:
Store in original container in a locked storage area.
Pesticide Disposal:
Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility.
Container Disposal:
1 Gal. and under: wrap container in several layers of newspaper and discard in trash. Over 1 Gal.: Triple rinse (or equivalent) and offer for recycling, reconditioning or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or incineration, or, if allowed, by state and local authorities, by burning. If burned stay out of smoke.
STATEMENT OF PRACTICAL TREATMENT
IF SWALLOWED- DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Call a physician or Poison Control Center immediately.
IF INHALED- Remove to fresh air.
IF ON SKIN- Remove contaminated clothing and wash affected areas with soap and water. Get medical attention if irritation persists.
IF IN EYES- Flush eyes with plenty of water. Get medical attention if irritation persists.
NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Contains petroleum distillate. Vomiting may cause aspiration pneumonia.

Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through skin. Avoid contamination
with skin, eyes or clothing. Avoid breathing mist. Cover or remove

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS
This product is highly toxic to fish. Do not discharge effluent containing this product into lakes, streams, ponds, estuaries, oceans, or other waters unless in accordance with the requirements of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and the permitting authority has been notified in writing prior to discharge. Do not discharge effluent containing this product to sewer systems without previously notifying the local sewage
treatment plant authority. For guidance contact your State Water Board or Regional Office of the EPA.
PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL HAZARDS
Do not use or store near heat or open flame. Do not use This product in or on electrical equipment due to the possibility of shock hazard. This formulation is combustible.
